I feel honored to be at the helm of establishing and sustaining an HR agenda that supports our overall organizational aim and journey. My role entails me to work in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders, identifying issues and designing HR solutions that drive our commercial success. I have also been instrumental in strategizing and establishing various HR processes & systems in tandem with the management for achieving business targets and high levels of employee satisfaction. My stint in HR spans over 10 years and it has greatly enhanced my skill set - from Talent Management to Development, Team Building to Leadership, and Organization Effectiveness. I am also a proud recipient of the “Super Woman Achiever Award “ by HRD Congress, 2016. As the HR Head, it's my duty to ensure that the organization and its members are at their best when it comes to taking critical decisions on client’s wealth management.
